Super comfortable and supportive! The memory foam feels soft without being too flat, and the shape gives my neck and shoulders really nice support. It stays comfortable throughout the night and has definitely made sleeping on my side feel better. I also like that it feels cool and doesn’t get overly warm. Just what I was looking for in a pillow. It's the right balance between firm but not hard. The material also stays cool throughout the night and helps put me to sleep. And the sides are slightly curved which helps you put your arms around it, for those who like to sleep on their side. Wonderful product! Also I have no idea what smell people are mentioning. The one I received is perfectly fine.
I purchased this pillow after seeing numerous Facebook ads showing a much larger, more substantial pillow with a noticeable higher side for added neck support. Unfortunately, the pillow I received did not match what I was expecting from those ads.The pillow seemed considerably smaller than pictured, and I could not really identify a distinct higher side or noticeable difference in the two sides. It looked and felt more like a relatively low-profile contoured pillow than the substantial cervical pillow shown in the advertising.I realize advertising photos can be deceiving, and I can’t say for certain whether the product has changed or if the ads I saw were showing a different version. But based on what I received, it simply didn’t meet my expectations, so I returned it.
I LOVE THIS PILLOW. My sleep has improved incredibly. I was having sore shoulders and numb hands every morning.... this almost completely fixed it.I've had it for a few months and since the first night's use I've have had numb hands only ONE time. I'm very happy with it.The pillow feels like memory foam quality is excellent. Size and shape wise it looks a bit odd, but I don't care as long it helps.It seems as big as my kingsize pillow. It has a zip off cover (which I have not removed yet to wash) but will do so soon.
I have been using the pillow about a week now and feel it is a better option for my neck issues than the pillow I was using. My only complaint was that it did smell funny when I first opened it. I had washed the cover, so the smell was from the pillow itself. I left it air out for a whole day before I used it due to the smell. The good news is, the smell was faint enough after that to begin using the pillow and seems like it is pretty much gone now and definitely not enough of an issue that I would return the pillow. However, it is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.The pillow otherwise is a good size, shape, height, and firmness to provide good neck alignment. I feel it has helped decrease some of the neck discomfort I have been having. I feel it is neither too squishy nor too firm. The first night I used it, I experimented with which side was better for me for side or back sleeping. Ideally, I would rotate the pillow back and forth between its taller and shorter side depending whether I am on my side or back. I prefer not to constantly be rotating my pillow, so I ended up going with the side that seemed to accommodate both side and back sleeping the best for me, and that seems to be going well.
Oh MY, MY do I like this pillow. I have a neck condition 2.5 mm of anterolisthesis of C4 on C5 and 3 mm of anterolisthesis of C5 on C6. So my neck cervical alignment has slid forward due to aging and looking down for a lot of years, I am 73! I have tried at least 7 pillows and have been disapointed in every one of them. I saw the add for this Mellow CloudAlign Pillow and considered it for many weeks as I had just purchased another pillow, but was not happy with it. Well...When the Mellow CloudAlign arrived, I knew it was differnet from all the others. The first night was great, the second night was greater and every night since I started sleeping on it I am almost pain free.I find the comfort is perfect as it supports my neck. I am a side sleeper so the thickness cradles my neck just right and holds my face at just the correct height. I like the apperance of the pillow and the fluffiness is just right not hard at all! I also do neck and tie che exercise which strengthen my shoulder and neck muscles.I recomment the Mellow CloudAlign to anyone with neck and shoulder issues.. It's well worth trying. Sweet Dreams.B.J. I just can’t get use to pillow. I am a plus size woman, 6’1 and over 200. I have problems with aligning my spine I think because of this. The pillow throws my neck off. The pillow is very nice, soft clean and silky. I’m still trying to make it work.
